audience feedback


What did you learn from audience feedback ?

From the audience feedback i learnt that the audience we aimed our music video at was relatively on point, as the feedback we received from one person was that our video was presented very professionally and looked urbanised which was what we’re trying to convey. They commented that it looked like a typical hip hop video which was our main target which was achieved. The helped us realise that our video met its target audience.Reasons being was because our video had most the performance elements of an urbanised video as one person said it was quite urbanised which helped us achieve our main target audience of youths.

Although throughout our video it was realised that there were couple lip sinks that were out of place and did not go with the video but were not very noticeable because of how many shots and different angles our video consisted on.
Overall I learnt that the performance element of our video was on point but there was a few errors that needed changing which was not much of an issue as overall the end project was a success

How effective is the combination of your main task and your ancillary task?

How the pop video and digi pack unified

Overall the similarities of the digi pack and the video are effective relatively well as the digi pack has the same images as the hip hop video. We used the colour motif of red throughout the digi pack to keep the colour flowing throughout it.

The use of intertexuality in the 3 media products is to help the audience realise a similarity throughout all products.  The costumes and the attitude of the actor is all very similar as the way he is represented on the digi pack standing on the front in a with a slouch which is representing that he does not care what people around think of him and through out the video he is represented as representing his own thoughts of Britain. Also the location of the digi pack is similar to the main focus of the video, which is embankment and London’s main attraction point that is the London eye.
